Child Support - When is Enough Enough?? Welcome to the First annual Wintaz Blog Post. Big up to the parents who is doing the thing!
Today's topic is CHILD SUPPORT when is enough enough? . I hear and see both men and women complain to the point of tears and in alot of cases NERVOUS BREAK DOWNS in regards to child support.
Complaints vary from "I am paying my due's and is still harassed for more" then I hear "He is not paying enough!" This is for the men and even women who do what they have to do. First of all do not allow yourself to be run over fellas there is resources out there (i will list a few at the end of this post) that can assist you in proper child support services. You need to know that while the courts may seem to lean towards women, it is ONLY because responsible men do not DO their research. I hear some women say what he gives is not enough for their means. Here is some examples - " He does not pay me enough money he is only giving me $600 dollars" My reply was ONLY $600 ???? Ok lets do this lets say we treat child support like a 401k where you match the number the father is paying which would mean $600 becomes $1,200. At this point many women tend to become defensive with the " I SHOULD'NT have to match what he is paying!" Unless @ the period of the break up he was majority bread winner the field should be 50/50 this does not mean ladies should apply their kids into programs and events way above their means because they feel the father should pay regardless. Men need to not back down and fight for their rights hire a CHILD SUPPORT LAWYER for fathers if you can and learn that a women cannot just determine she needs more money due to her mismanagement. This does not apply to the dead beats with no care this should apply to Fathers and Mothers in the struggle of maintaining. There are many view points feel free to comment. Lets give a loud applause for the ladies out there raising kids with no help and for the men who do for their children much love to the all of you!

Comments I agree with Rashonda's post that assistance needs to be more than financial. Parents with alternating work schedules can share inthe responsibility of school drop-off and pick-up and homework asssitance. Yes, it does take money to raise a child but let's be realistic and fair. Communication is key. Discuss options for private/parochial schools and extra-curricular activities. Brothers, if your child's mother says I need $300 extra a month for karate lessons, what do you say? Don't cop an attitide. Do your own research. Often times you can find the same or similar activity at an affordable price point; then come to the table with that info. Ladies, lighten up. If you knoooow your child;s father is genuinely trying, give credit where credit is due. Stop using the kids as pawns to avenge your wounded egos. Open communication and as Rashonda stated compromise, go a long way in enabling your children to reach their destined potential.

Very agreeable, However, It is the Bad fiances , Bad attitude Fathers that get love, While fathers who are concerned and try is given the runaround. Women mostly say this regarding to men who show reisistance on no care at all. " I just want him to bond with the child" why the need to say such a comment for a man of such. When dealing with a man of such a woman learns to do by herself , deservingly chanted the Single Mother tune. However when dealing with a contributing father, the situation is nit picked and in fact in many regards his fatherhood participation is QUESTIONED when the WOMAN's demands is not met!
